“PUPPY PROGRESS............”
TOP TIPS FOR CONTINUED PROGRESS WITH YOUR PUPPY

1.  Keep your puppy guessing – change your training routine, doing  the same thing every day will become boring!

2.  Keep your puppy looking for you in the park – change direction and play hide and seek – make sure your puppy learns to run after you and not the other way around!

3.  Vary your treats – even puppies who are motivated by food get fed up with the same old treat – if they always know what they are getting, they can choose whether to work for it!

4.  Get out and about – aim to walk in at least 3 different locations each week – keeping your puppy stimulated and well socialised will help avoid behaviour problems developing

5.  Make it fun! Try and relax and enjoy reward based training – the best results come when you have a good relationship with your puppy.
